Presentation & Content Strategy for the GCP VP+ Summit

American Express

For this project I served as freelance strategy support to the American Express Global Commercial Payments executive team, helping them pull together a narrative for their 2-day global VP+ Leadership Summit. 

American Express was interested in showing up differently and getting their leadership team on board with their new brand direction. So our goal was to pull together the best possible Summit content to truly embody this new tone and reason for being. We slashed corporate-speak, simplified strategies, and reworked thinking to be around customer needs rather than operating structure. 

It was an intensely rewarding ride that taught me a lot about making large scale experiences happen.

The result was a resoundingly successful conference that our client team was proud of, achieving its goal to get American Express executives celebrating their new brand direction.
